This is a really easy way to see some of the nicest scenery in the North Channel in Georgian Bay. There are no portages, no need to book ahead and easy access. A great vacation!

Drive north on Hwy 69 past Sudbury and head west on the Trans Canada Hwy until you get to Massey. Turn left towards Georgian Bay and Sagamok. Drive south past Sagamok and head west until you get to
McBean Harbour. You will park your car at McBean Harbour and launch your kayak!

We kayaked to the south west corner of Fox Island which took a couple of hours and put up our tent for 3 nights. We visited the North and South
Benjaminʼs, Hook Island and Crocker Island. It really depends on the weather on how much exploring you want to do. It is a good idea to have a map.
