Tanzania Photo Safari

Description
Twelve days, one hotel, four lodges, one tent camp and a life time of memories. We were met at Kilimanjaro Airport by Leopard Tours (www.leopard-tours.com). We had eleven people, two nine passenger Toyota land Cruisers, and two very knowledgeable drivers. We visited Lake Manyara National Park, Ngorongoro Conservation Area and crater, the SerengetiNational Park, the Ndutu area and finished up at the Tarangire National Park.

Two game drives a day was the norm with an early morning departure, and back for brunch, and then a late afternoon trip returning for dinner. We saw everything you can imagine including cheetah kills of wildebeast and impala, crocodiles eating a hippo, lions with a buffalo, vultures with everything, hyenas, giraffes, elephants, zebras, rhinos etc. etc. and over 100 species of birds. February is the best time for the Serengeti migration in Northern Tanzania. There are almost 1.5 million anaimals on the move at one time.

The trip was arranged as a photo safari from Toronto by Airliners/ATOURZ/Interliners 118 Eglington Ave West, Suite 500 Toronto ON M4R 2G4
