Yotel (yotel.com) in Heathrow's Terminal 4 came to the rescue. My wife and I got four hours of uninterrupted sleep (yes, sleep) and a shower during a five hour wait for a connecting flight. Not cheap--39 pounds for a premium cabin--but well worth it after flying from Toronto on a red-eye. It really got our two week vacation in Ireland off to a great, and rested start.
