Description
I was told about this place by an Italian woman I met on the train to Angihari - she lives in this area of Rome and when friends visit this is one of the places they usually stay here.
It is a fabulous value especially given it's location - 50 meters from the Spanish Steps.
Domina Town House is not for those looking for a hotel experience - there is no lobby or staff on hand at all hours. In fact, you will be asked when you are arriving so that someone is there to greet you and let you in - not just to your room, but to the building.
After that the only time you will see someone is when they bring your breakfast (juice, great coffee and a croissant). Domina Town House only has three or four rooms and I have to say, when I stayed there I felt like a local. Also, while in the heart of the city I felt completely comfortable walking around on my own at night.
