One of the best places to eat for miles around. Zingerman's Delicatessen is famous in Ann Arbor and across the US for the most delicious sandwiches you're likely to eat. There are many Zingerman's-branded culinary shops in this area, but I think the delicatessen is the most unique.

Be ready to stand it a big line on Sundays or on game days, but don't worry too much -- it moves quickly and worth the wait. Try the Reuben's. #2 (Zingerman's Reuben) and #13 Sherman's Sure Choice and #43 S. Muno's Montreal Smoked Meat Reuben are favorites. Also, many vegetarian options.

In addition to the deli, the shop on Detroit street offers many of the finest balsamic vinegars, olive oils, and other unique ingredients.
