Bruce Peninsula Orchid Festival

Description
If you are interested in or would like to learn more about wildflower photography, then join the orchid hunt in Bruce Peninsula National Park, held in late May, as we photograph rare native orchids in their habitats in this unique protected biosphere region. The festival is hosted by the Friends of the Fathom Five and Bruce District National Park and includes a number of field workshops lead by professional photographers and park naturalists, cumulating with evening photo shows and a ‘wine and cheese’. This event has developed a strong following and registrations for workshops should be made in February when the events schedule is posted.
