Gros Morne Adventure, Newfoundland: Wild Women Expeditions – offering for women (and girls only) adventures across Canada.. I did their Gros Morne Adventure (hiking, biking and sea kayaking) last August. It was truly awesome and great to be with a group of (12) women with similar interests and level of fitness. It was laid back enough that there were always an option each day – hard core or medium/easy. We stayed in Norris Point in housekeeping cottages and met daily to make a boxed lunch and then off for a day of adventure. We went out to local restaurants for some nights and ate in a few others – including a Iron Chef kitchen party on the last night. www.wildwomenexp.com . They are celebrating their 20th year in 2010.
